Polycarboxylate Ether WR is the new generation super plasticizer (polycarboxylate copolymer) for concrete and mortar. PCE WR is a high performance water reducer with some retardation properties which can be applied to high risers and large size buildings requiring long-term workability with slump retention without any negative effect of setting time.  PCE is a high molecular weight modified Poly-carboxylic Ether based concrete plasticizer for production of high Grade quality concrete.
